What's included in the tour price? expand_more

All packages include: private transportation (pickup & drop-off), experienced local guide, entrance tickets, jeep for Bromo area, gas mask for Ijen, and mineral water. Meals and accommodation are included for multi-day packages.

Can I customize a tour package? expand_more

Absolutely! Select "Custom Private Tour" in the form and describe your ideal trip in the notes section. We can combine destinations, adjust duration, and tailor everything to your preferences.

What is the cancellation policy? expand_more

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour with a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows are non-refundable.

What payment methods do you accept? expand_more

We accept bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI), e-wallet (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay), and cash on the day. For international guests, we also accept PayPal and Wise. A 30% deposit is required to confirm booking.
